Ugh. On the plane to Seattle this past weekend, I figured it was a good time to get in some practice with the double stitch crochet. Honestly, I'm frustrated. I understand how to do it but I'm having difficulties in seeing the next stitch and so forth. I'm working with all sorts of yarn as well as needle sizes but I am either missing a stitch or adding a thousand. One choice of yarn seems to be my best option for now and I got quite a bit of work done with it. Guess I will keep plugging away and stop being so friggin hard on myself.

  1. Sounds like good advice to yourself. Truly learning something new is HARD! Good luck.

  3. You are finding what works for you. Maybe try finding a rhythm as you crochet, like a dance pattern. Hang in there :)
